The Downdetector site has in fact recorded a peak of reports from the operator’s customers starting at 18:00 in various cities in France, in particular in Paris, Lyon, Lille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg and Nice.

On its website, the operator explains that it has “identified a network incident […] at the origin of the inconvenience” and “make every effort to restore the service as soon as possible”.
Bouygues Telecom is also concerned. “An incident is open,” confirmed the operator on Twitter. “Our technicians are doing everything they can to fix it as quickly as possible.”
