Cooking in a motorhome: at the Parma fair there will be the recipes on the road of the chefs of the Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo
How to prepare a good meal, despite the small spaces and the minimal equipment of a motorhome? The chefs of the Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo will teach it to campers, the oldest Italian association of restaurateurs, protagonists again this year (after last year’s success) of a series of expected Show cooking scheduled at the Salone del Camper di Parma, the main Italian fair dedicated to caravanning and outdoor tourism.
From September 10 to 18, they will animate Cooking in Camper: 9 days of Show cooking during which the chefs of as many restaurants – coordinated by the secretary general of the association Luciano Spigaroli of the Cavallino Bianco di Polesine Parmense – will teach, step by step step , how to prepare simple and delicious recipes, promoting local products that campers can easily find when traveling. Tasty and refined dishes, but both simple and quick to make when you travel by motorhome and you have little space and time.
A cooking show is scheduled every day at 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the Buon Ricordo space, precisely called Cucinare in Camper. The chefs, drawing on the gastronomic tradition of their region, will learn to cook excellent, non-trivial dishes, by managing the kitchen and the necessarily small spaces of a camper as well as possible. In addition, at 4 p.m. there will be meetings dedicated to storytelling, teaching, in-depth studies related to the world of food and food and wine tourism, organized in collaboration with the Gastronom Professionisti Association and narrated by the voices of the protagonists with whom the public can converse.
