Halloween sweets are a ritual that is repeated every year on October 31, when the traditional holiday of the same name returns. For the occasion, seasonal dishes are prepared with typical products such as pumpkin, chestnuts, mushrooms, grapes and many delicious sweets in the most grotesque and bizarre shapes.
The autumn table is really full of flavors, if we know how to make it interesting. And to stay on the subject, we wonder: is it really possible to be able to combine taste and simplicity?
We discover it here, with some fanciful ideas to celebrate the evening of October 31 with Halloween sweets.
Quick and Easy Halloween Candy
Simplicity rhymes with many positive and appreciable words.
A simple thought can always be interesting, indeed most of the time it is precisely because it is free from complex, complicated and difficult to understand superstructures.
And even in the kitchen, it was once simplicity that kept people alive. Today, however, it is the complexity that often makes them sick because of too abundant, too elaborate food.
The authenticity of fresh and seasonal products makes the dishes tasty and essential, both healthy and nutritious.
But here we are in the context of Halloween sweets, and we have to reckon with a few small tears.
Once in a while we can indulge ourselves, indeed we should, to elevate the taste buds and release the good mood hormones. Also because the tears can be done by limiting the damage.
The recipes we have chosenare the easy-to-prepare Halloween candies with few ingredients and in a short timesince this precious element is often missed by all of us.
They are sweets suitable for all occasions, being an occasion that both children and adults love, but they are also sweets suitable for people with intolerances or who want something lighter.
I Pavesini Fantasmini – Ingredients and Preparation (10 minutes)
This Halloween candy recipe is so easy, you don’t even have to figure out the ingredients.
It only takes 4:
- Pavesini Cookies
- Cocoa cream
- 200 grams of white chocolate
- Candies or chocolate drops.
Preparing these biscuits filled with cocoa cream only takes 10 minutes.
We create many pairs of pavesini joined by the delicious cocoa cream. In practice, all you have to do is spread a layer on one side of the biscuit and add the other, to make a sandwich.
Now let’s move on to white chocolate, which must be melted in the microwave or with the more basic “bain-marie” method.
We must obtain a creamy sauce in which we will then dip our pairs of pavesini united by the cocoa cream.
Let the soaked cookies cool by putting them in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Once cooled, you can go on to decorate with small candies in the shape of an eye (which you will find in all shops specializing in confectionery, sugared almonds, etc.).
As an alternative to candies, you can also use chocolate chips.

At this point we can add the pumpkin that we have already cooked. We pour the dough into the springform pan that we will first wet with a brush of oil and a little flour on the surface and the edges.
We put the cake in the oven at 170° for about 50 minutes (to check the cooking).
