The Identità Golose Milano program for October 2022

The gate of via Romagnosi 3, the entrance to Identity Golose Milanohas now been reopened for a month and welcomes, evening after evening and noon after lunch, gastronomy enthusiasts who frequent the Hub and for our menu, signed by the chefs Andrea Ribaldone and Edouard Traverso – offered from Tuesday to Friday lunchtime, where there is also the “company formula” at 35 euros, Sunday lunchtime, and every evening from Tuesday to Saturday when we do not have a guest chef – both for the many chefs guests who take turns in our kitchens.

Italian Breakfast: Creations by Antonio Ziantoni and Christian Marasca and the Exclusive 1895 Coffee Experience by Lavazza

Identity Golose Milano launches a new Sunday appointment, which we will find in the coming months via Romagnosi. We offer you an encounter between the classic Italian breakfast and a refined gourmet lunch: you will find a large buffet organized by the Hub brigade, with leavened products, fruit, jams, cold cuts and cheeses, while the kitchen the guests Antonio Ziantoni And Christian Marasque, chef and pastry chef of the Roman restaurant Zia, a Michelin star, will offer two savory dishes and a dessert. To characterize our breakfast, there will then be the exclusive pairing of coffee with the refined blends 1895 by Lavazzawhich for the occasion will present a preview of the specialty blend Espresso 1895 Petal Storm. Seventh evening of a cycle of appointments which Identity Golose Milano realized in collaboration with Lombardy Region And Ascovilo – Association of Wine Protection Consortia of Lombardy: the objective of this series of dinners will be to promote and enhance the wines, the excellence and the great chefs of the Lombard territories. We continue the cycle with the wines of Lugana DOC Protection Consortium and the cook Roberto Stefani of the Tancredi restaurant in Sirmione (Brescia).

Identità Donna: two dinners for four with Cristina Bowerman and Viviana Varese

For two evenings, Identity Golose Milano will have the great pleasure of welcoming two of the most important and appreciated chefs in Italy, for a unique gastronomic encounter, which we advise you not to miss. They will be with us Cristina Bowerman (Glass Hostaria, Rome, one Michelin star) e Viviane Varese (ViVa Viviana Varese, Milan): both have distinguished themselves for years among the most brilliant minds of the Italian table, interpreting contemporary cuisine with flair and personality, capable of bringing together ideas and influences from both the most oldest in our country and the most innovative ideas that come from all over the globe. The menu will consist of 4 courses and will be offered at a price of 90 euros, food and wine pairing included.

We continue the cycle with the wines of Lugana DOC Protection Consortium and the cook Roberto Di Pinto of the Sine by Di Pinto restaurant in Milan.

The new Arnolfo by Gaetano Trova | Arnolfo The Frame, Colle in Val d’Elsa (Siena)

Knowing how to continually reinterpret oneself, without losing the past but looking to the future, seems to be the secret of Arnolfo’s eternal youth; a restaurant, two Michelin stars, which Gaetano found manages with his brother John. A story that began in 1982 and which, in the fortieth year of activity, has been completely renewed, inaugurating a new headquarters, with a structure that combines history and innovation, overlooking the characteristic medieval village of Colle in Val d ‘Elsa.
